Geely EX 5. We love it! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Geely Ringwood, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Our sales representative, Aiden, provided us with excellent service throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient with all our questions, which we truly appreciated since we aren’t very computer / EV savvy. I had a truly professional and warm customer service experience at Geely Ringwood. I met three incredible people who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. First, Leo, the Sales Manager — such an amazing person. He genuinely understands customers’ needs and always looks at things from the customer’s perspective. We ordered the grey colour, and guess what? Within just a few days, Leo helped us get everything sorted and ready. His efficiency and dedication really impressed us. Aidan, our Sales Consultant, was also fantastic. He responded quickly and efficiently every time. He has great product knowledge and is someone you can truly trust throughout the whole process. Lastly, a huge shout-out to Harry, the Finance Manager at Geely Ringwood. I would honestly give him 10 out of 10. Every time we had any questions or difficulties, we knew we could just call him.
